In short: we ship to the United States only. Shipping is a flat $6.99 per order, and orders of $79 or more ship free. Orders arrive in 7–14 business days, including 1–3 business days to process. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship
We currently deliver to addresses in the United States only. We are not able to ship to addresses outside the US at this time.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $6.99 flat rate per order.
- Free shipping: orders of $79 or more ship free. The free rate appears automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.
Prices are in US dollars (USD). If you have a customs question, email us before you order and we will help.
Delivery times
Orders arrive in 7–14 business days from the date you place your order, including 1–3 business days to process.
Business days are Monday to Friday, not including public holidays. Orders ship from our partner warehouse in China. Carrier delays can happen during busy seasons or bad weather; if that affects your order, we will help you follow up.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after the label is created. If your order is sent in more than one package, you will receive tracking for each package.
Checking your address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers. If you notice a mistake, email us right away with your order number. We can update the address only if the order has not shipped yet.
Late, missing or lost packages
If your order has not arrived after 14 business days, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and around your building first, then contact us with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and let you know the next step.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or give you a refund. See our Returns page for details.
