Returns at a glance

You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping.
Damaged, defective or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

How to start a return

Email us at fastenerhero@gmail.com or use our contact form with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before you hear from us, because returns sent without instructions may not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible, an item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with all included parts (for example inserts, elastic bands, charms or gift boxes). Journals or notebooks that have been written in, stamped, cut or decorated, and washi tape or stickers that have been opened and used, cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will send a replacement or refund the item, and you will not pay any return shipping for these cases.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item.
