Shipping at a glance

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Flat rate shipping: $6.99 per order.
Free shipping on orders of $79 or more.
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days from the date you place your order, including 1–3 business days to process.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and US holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Where orders ship from

Our products ship from our partner warehouse overseas. Items in a single order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. You are never charged extra shipping for split packages.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after the order is placed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays, weather or peak holiday periods can add a few days. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we will look into it.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us so we can help with a carrier claim.
